Bright Ideas: Mayor Battle announces 2nd economic development summit, results of IDEAS Map

 Following-up on the tremendous success of the City of Huntsville IDEAS Map and Mayor Tommy Battle's "Developing Ideas: Planning for Huntsville's Future" economic development summit, we would like to extend an invitation for you to attend the second event in the "Developing Ideas" series - and the revealing of the most requested items from the IDEAS map.
Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle is pleased to announce "Developing Ideas: Bright Ideas for Retail Development," to be held on THURSDAY, APRIL 7, 2011 at 6:00PM at the Monaco Pictures in Bridge Street.
The forum will discuss some of the nearly one thousand individual ideas were placed on the City of Huntsville's IDEAS Map, in addition to highlighting what the most requested and popular ideas were overall and location by location.
Panelists will include Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle, Joe Vallely (Director of Economic Development) and Scott McLain (McLain Real Estate - Coldwell Banker Commercial). The event will be emceed by Ken Smith from the Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County.
"Developing Ideas: Bright Ideas for Retail Development" will be held on THURSDAY, APRIL 7 at 6:00pm and is hosted by Monaco Pictures and the Bridge Street Town Centre.
